Change your email address

You can change the email on your account at any time. Voysey sends a verification link to the new address before flipping over. Until you confirm from the new inbox, the old email stays in charge.

Step by step

  1. Open your Account page.
  2. Find Email address and tap Change.
  3. Type the new email and confirm.
  4. Open the verification email in the new inbox and tap the link.
  5. Once verified, your account is switched to the new address. Sign-in will use the new email from that point on.

Until you verify

The change is pending. Your old email still receives account notifications, and you sign in with it. If the verification link expires before you click it, request a new one from the Account page.

Make sure you can receive email at the new address

If you cannot reach the verification email, the change will not go through. Check spam, and confirm the address is spelled right.
