Sign-in alerts on new devices
Account & billing·2 min read·Updated 2 months ago
If a device signs in to your account that has not signed in before, Voysey sends you a sign-in detected email with the device details. If it was you, ignore it. If it was not, you have a heads-up right away.

What the email contains
- The device: browser and OS, or the native app.
- The location: city if Voysey can tell.
- The time of sign-in.
- A link to your Active sessions page.
If it was not you
- Open the link in the email, or go to your Account page.
- In Active sessions, sign the unfamiliar device out.
- Change your password.
- Consider reviewing the other sessions to make sure they are all yours.
Only the first sign-in from a device triggers an alert
Once a device has signed in once and stays signed in, subsequent sessions from it are quiet. Getting an alert means a genuinely new device, worth a look.
