How Voysey adapts to your style
Voysey pays attention to how you like to work. Over your first few sessions it picks up your style, whether you prefer short messages or long ones, whether you want Voysey to lead or to follow your lead, how technical your language is, and the kind of partner you want it to be. From there, the way Voysey replies is shaped to complement how you work, while the work itself stays the same.
What it adjusts
The goal is a partner that fits the way you already work, not one that copies you. So Voysey balances two things at once:
- Who steers. If you tend to direct the work, Voysey steps back and follows. If you tend to leave space and ask Voysey to take the lead, it will. The two of you do not both push in the same direction at the same time.
- Tone and warmth. Voysey matches your warmth. A warmer thread gets a warmer Voysey, a more clinical thread gets a more measured one. It will never come across colder than you do.
What it does not change
Adapting to your style only shapes how Voysey talks. It does not change what Voysey does. The work happens the same way, the quality is the same, and Voysey will still push back on you when the work needs it. The profile decides how that pushback is delivered, not whether.
It takes a few sessions to settle
Brand-new accounts start with a neutral baseline. After a few real sessions Voysey has enough signal to call it a settled profile. Before that, you will see a quiet note that the profile is still calibrating. Once it settles, the note goes away.
The first replies use a balanced default rather than a guess. That way the profile only firms up from things Voysey has actually seen you do, not from assumptions on day one.
You are always in control
