Produce a film
Creating·5 min read·Updated 2 months ago
Films are the deepest production in Voysey. A screenplay is drafted, shots are planned, images and video generate for each shot, characters keep their identities across the whole thing, foley and ambient sound get layered in, dialog is voiced, and everything gets mixed and rendered as a finished film.

The phases
- Premise + treatment. You provide the idea, and Voysey writes a treatment.
- Screenplay. The treatment becomes a screenplay, drafted beat-by-beat with continuity enforcement.
- Shot planning. Each scene decomposes into shots with camera angles, action, and dialog.
- Character, location, and prop sheets. Voysey builds the visual identity registry.
- Generation. Images and video for every shot, with characters and locations staying consistent.
- Sound. Foley, ambient, dialog, and music get layered in.
- Mix and render. The final film is compiled and exported.
Where you steer
- In the chat, at any point. Steer tone, request a different take, ask for a fresh polish.
- In the film editor. Work on scenes, shots, angles, and takes directly.
- In the shot adjustments. Color, overlays, transitions, and audio per shot.
Re-run any single phase
If the treatment fell short, ask Voysey to re-do just the treatment. The earlier phases stay put and the later ones re-flow. Same for shot planning, generation, or the mix. See Re-run just one phase.
Watch it while it runs
Open the Artifacts tray to see scenes, characters, locations, costumes, props, and shots land as they generate. You do not have to wait for the whole film to know the direction it is taking.
