Produce a music album
An album production is a set of tracks compiled as one project. Voysey generates each track and runs them through mastering so they sit together as an album, not as a bunch of standalone cues.
What you provide
- A description of the album: genre, mood, story if it has one, the shape you want it to have.
- Track ideas, or a track list, as much or as little as you want. Voysey will generate what you have not specified.
- A total track count, or roughly how long the album should be.
How it runs
- Voysey plans the track list: titles, moods, and rough structure per track.
- Each track generates as its own step. You can re-run just one track when it is not landing.
- Once all tracks are done, the mastering pass balances loudness and tone across the album so it feels like one release.
Per-track control
Music is composed of tracks with foreign keys back to the album, which means you can iterate on one track without disturbing the others. Re-run the third track with different guidance. The rest stay put. Mastering picks up the new track and rebalances.
Bring in music you already have
The Add music and score tool lets you generate individual cues you can slot into a track or into another production. An album is a coordinated set of those cues rolled up under one release with mastering applied.
The mastering pass listens to tracks in order. A loud track after a quiet one gets a different treatment than the reverse. Sequence the album before mastering. Reorder tracks in the track list first, then let mastering run.
